Description
Javier Sanz Verdejo reflects our winery’s own style in the production of a 100% Verdejo Denomination of Origin Rueda wine aged on its fine lees.
Tasting notes
Bright in the glass, with light greenish reflections.
Its fresh aromas are reminiscent of sweet grapefruit and green apple and show light notes of anise and fennel.
On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied with refreshing acidity. Perfect for drinking at any time.
Recommendation and Pairing
Chilled, temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
Excellent to enjoy as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, salt fish, ceviche, sashimi, etc. Combines with delicate flavors and lightly seasoned white fish.
