Bright in the glass, with light greenish reflections. Its fresh aromas are reminiscent of sweet grapefruit and green apple and show light notes of aniseed and fennel. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied with refreshing acidity. Perfect for drinking at any time of the day.
Recommendation and Pairing
Chilled, between 6 and 8ºC.
Excellent to enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood, salt fish, ceviche, sashimi, etc.
Combines with delicate flavours and lightly seasoned white fish.
