Tasting notes: Soft white wine, easy to drink and refreshing at the same time. Pale in color, with notes of melon and pineapple. Very pleasant in the mouth, with a slight sweetness and grape flavors, combined with a soft and balanced acidity. We recommend serving it in a container with ice with appetizers, light dishes and desserts.
Recommendation and Pairing
This is an ideal wine for those consumers who do not like cloying or strong sweets. This wine is intended to be drunk as a dessert but we suggest that the dish that accompanies it should not be too sweet because it would kill the taste of the broth.
We also recommend serving it in a container with ice with appetizers, light dishes and desserts.
