Description

Dulce de Invierno is a sweet and unique wine, the result of the blending of Verdejo and Gorda de Moldova (Muscat) grapes.

Its sweetness and amber tones are the result of three phases of complex elaboration: the freezing of the grapes, natural drying in a shady area and late harvesting. After this arduous gestation, it rests for eight months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Tasting notes: It shows a beautiful bright gold color and the nose reflects an incredible variety of aromas of dried apricots, figs, orange peel. In the mouth it is definitely sweet, with a full and silky body that covers the palate with sweetness and an elegant and balanced acidity, with a subtle hint of wood. Served at a temperature of about 8 degrees, it is an excellent accompaniment to blue cheeses, soft cheeses and foie gras. It is also recommended to be consumed after meals, accompanying desserts with nuts or chocolate. This wine has no vintage, as it is a blend of elaborations from different years.

Recommendation and Pairing

Cold (8-10ºC). With vegetables, rice and all kinds of vegetarian dishes.
