Description
100% Bruñal Red. It is an excellent wine to accompany a wide range of dishes, such as grilled meats, sausages, spicy rice dishes and different types of cheeses.
Tasting notes
The Bruñal grapes used to make this wine come from the Arribes del Duero, adapted to the terroir of the vineyards of La Seca (Valladolid). Cherry red in colour, with purplish tinges, clean and bright. On the nose it has a great intensity of red fruits, integrating with the toasted oak and very mineral touches. In the mouth it is fresh, with a very good acidity that is integrated from the beginning to the end. A very fleshy and sweet wine.
Recommendation and Pairing
It is an excellent wine to accompany a wide range of dishes, such as grilled meats, sausages, spicy rice dishes and different types of cheese. Serve at a temperature of 14 – 16ºC.
