Tasting notes
Paraje de la Encina 100% Bruñal. Wine year 2021
The Bruñal grapes used to make this wine come from the Arribes del Duero, adapted to the terroir of the vineyards of La Seca (Valladolid). Cherry red in color, with purplish edges, clean and bright. The nose has a great intensity of red fruits, integrating with the toasted oak and very mineral touches. The palate is fresh, with a very good acidity that is integrated from the beginning to the end. A very fleshy and sweet wine.
Javier Sanz Verdejo. Wine year 2022
Bright in the glass, with light greenish reflections. Its fresh aromas are reminiscent of sweet grapefruit and green apple and show light notes of anise and fennel. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied with refreshing acidity. Perfect for drinking at any time.
