The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the conditions of use of the Web Site “www.bodegajaviersanz.com/” (hereinafter, “the web”), whose owner is JAVIER SANZ VITICULTOR, S.L. The purpose of this website is to provide information about our products. Its use implies the full acceptance by the User of these conditions, so if you do not agree with the content of these conditions, you should refrain from using the web, as well as the services offered in it. Bodega Javier Sanz does not assume any responsibility nor carries out any control over the possible hyperlinks contained in the web to external contents; nevertheless, it will remove those links which include illicit contents as soon as it becomes aware of them.
- Intellectual and Industrial Property.
The User recognizes that all the contents of the web and, specifically, of all the information and materials, the structure, selection, arrangement and provision of its contents, programs and development of applications used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the owner of the web or, where appropriate, by third parties.

6.1 Purchase procedure.
For the purchase of the products offered on the web, it is necessary to proceed to the registration of the user on the web, in which you must indicate your personal data, so that we can fully process the order and you can place subsequent orders without having to re-enter your data. The treatment of the personal data provided will be in accordance with the provisions of clause 5 of these General Conditions, and the User undertakes to provide this information truthfully and completely.
Bodega Javier Sanz reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented in the web (related to products, prices, promotions and other conditions) at any time.
Bodega Javier Sanz will make every effort within its means to offer the information contained in the web in a truthful way and without typographical errors. In the event of any such error occurring at any time, it will be immediately corrected. If there is a typographical error in any of the information about our products and a customer has made a purchase decision based on such error, Bodega Javier Sanz will inform the customer about such error, and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on his part or to adhere to the conditions and / or price again communicated. The photographs shown are merely indicative and there may be variations.
6.2. Prices and form of payment.
The prices of the products offered on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Except in special promotions, in which it will be indicated if the prices are without VAT.
The products purchased must be paid by means of any of the formulas that Bodega Javier Sanz makes available to the customer, specifically:
1.- PayPal.
2.- Bank card.
6.3. Shipping method and cost.
Bodega Javier Sanz sends the orders to its customers through private transport companies.
The shipment will be made 48 hours after the order has been processed, being the user able to choose the date on which he/she wishes to receive the product, if this is later.
Deliveries will be made exclusively in the Peninsula (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla not included). Shipping costs are included in the price indicated, as long as the amount of the order exceeds 30 €. If the order does not reach this price, the customer must pay 10 € for shipping costs.
6.4. Product warranty.
Bodega Javier Sanz guarantees its products, in the legally established terms, for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.
The customer must inform Bodega Javier Sanz of the lack of conformity within two months from the date he/she became aware of it.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use, shall be excluded from the warranty.
When the use of the warranty is justified, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, according to the legally established terms.
The warranty will lose its value in the following cases:
- Any of the data of the same or of the purchase invoice is modified, altered or substituted.
- If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.

If the necessary repair was not covered by the guarantee, in the established terms, the client will have to bear the expenses, so much of repair as of shipment.
6.5. Right of withdrawal.
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product, to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons. It is a prerequisite that both the packaging and the product are in perfect condition, have not been tampered with, do not have defects or damage by external events or other circumstances that result in the impairment of the product, especially the opening of the container.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer may contact Bodega Javier Sanz, through the address info@bodegajaviersanz.com, providing his name, address, purchased product and date of receipt, which, if appropriate, and after verifying that the good has not been damaged, will make the refund of the amount paid for the product and shipping costs. If you prefer, you can use the withdrawal form provided on this website.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and the invoice issued to Bodega Javier Sanz. The expenses derived from the return will be paid by the buyer, as established by the regulations.
In any case, this right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized 103.c) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
- Confidentiality.
Any information that either party communicates or provides to the other or to which either party has access shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, shown, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by either party for purposes other than those for which it was communicated.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
These General Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. For any questions that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation and execution of this document, both parties expressly agree, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid. Except in the case of consumers, in which case the jurisdiction shall correspond to the judges and courts of the domicile of the user.
