Travel back in time with us to discover the oldest vineyards of the Rueda D.O. registered in 1863, owned by Javier Sanz Viticultor. The visit ends with a tasting of our Javier Sanz wines, accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and/or cheeses, in the Orden Tercera space, a restored 18th century church located in La Seca (Valladolid).

Discover the soul of our winery by getting to know in detail the two passions of our winemaker, the Third Order and its most characteristic wines.
Take a walk through the Pago de Saltamontes, a vineyard over 150 years old where we will explain both the processes of cultivation of the queen grape of the area, the verdejo, and the work of recovery of extinct varieties that we carry out from the winery.
You will also be surprised by the history of our Third Order, an 18th century church restored by Javier Sanz and converted into an exclusive space for events in La Seca. Here you can taste the winery’s most representative wines.

Learn about the history of our winery surrounded by the vines that bear the fruit of our work. In the Pago de Saltamontes vineyard we will explain the characteristics of our land, located in the heart of the D.O. Rueda, and the particularities that make Javier Sanz wines unique.
In addition, you will also be able to visit our event space, a place recovered by our winemaker that occupies the site of an 18th century church. A meeting place for all Lasecans for decades, it is now back to its former glory thanks to Javier Sanz.
